Welcome to Greenside Restaurant. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our restaurant services, website, and facilities. By visiting our restaurant, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Restaurant Services

Dining Services

Greenside Restaurant provides upscale dining services in a casual atmosphere, featuring:

• Full-service restaurant dining
• Bar and lounge services
• Outdoor patio dining
• Private event and catering services
• Entertainment and special events

Hours of Operation

Our regular hours are:

• Lunch: Wednesday-Sunday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Dinner: Tuesday-Sunday, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Closed Mondays (except holidays)

Hours may vary during holidays or special events. Please check our website or call for current hours.

2. Reservations

Reservation Policy

• Reservations are recommended, especially for dinner service and weekends
• Parties of 6 or more require a reservation
• Reservations can be made online through OpenTable or by calling (603) 528-7888
• We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the reserved time
• No-shows may be charged a fee for parties of 8 or more

Cancellation Policy

• Please cancel reservations at least 2 hours in advance
• Large parties (8+) require 24-hour cancellation notice
• Repeated no-shows may result in future reservation restrictions

3. Private Events and Catering

Event Booking

• Private events require advance booking and signed agreements
• Event deposits are required to secure booking
• Final guest counts must be provided 72 hours before the event
• Menu selections must be finalized 1 week before the event

Payment Terms

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled events
• Final payment is due at the conclusion of the event
• Gratuity guidelines will be discussed during event planning

4. Payment and Pricing

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
• We do not accept personal checks
• Separate checks available for parties up to 6 people

Pricing

• Menu prices are subject to change without notice
• Prices do not include applicable taxes and gratuity
• Automatic gratuity of 20% may be added to parties of 8 or more

5. Conduct and House Rules

Guest Conduct

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, we require:

• Respectful behavior toward staff and other guests
• Appropriate attire (casual dress code)
• Compliance with all applicable laws, including those regarding alcohol consumption
• No outside food or beverages
• Responsible use of restaurant facilities

Age Restrictions

• Minors must be accompanied by adults in the bar area
• We reserve the right to request ID for alcohol service
• We follow all New Hampshire laws regarding alcohol service

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies:

• Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions
• We cannot guarantee complete allergen-free preparation
• Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen
• Guests with severe allergies dine at their own risk

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Greenside Restaurant's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for:

• Personal property loss, theft, or damage
• Injuries occurring on the premises (except as required by law)
• Allergic reactions or food-related illnesses
• Parking lot incidents or vehicle damage

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, severe weather
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Utility failures or equipment malfunctions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including:

• Restaurant name, logos, and branding
• Menu items and recipes
• Photography and written content
• Website design and functionality

9. Website Terms

Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content:
